the staff provided excellent assistance with tours and car rentals. the location is central, placing attractions within easy reach. rooms were kept super clean through daily cleaning, and i found fresh bed linens each day! it was a comforting experience.

The hotel boasts a fantastic location, granting easy access to the center. Ten minutes, and i was there. it was close to all the important sites, which allowed spontaneous visits, so romantic.

the central location was convenient, offering easy access to many attractions. our standard room included modern amenities and was clean. the breakfast (especially the pastries!) was quite varied, and i appreciated the freshness of the ingredients.
the wifi signal in my room was occasionally weak.

I found the bed in the standard room quite large. The room included air conditioning and a television with many channels. The hotel provided complimentary tea and coffee service in the lobby all day. Parking was easy with the staff handling the car logistics.
The hot water took a bit longer to arrive than expected.

Staff members were attentive and readily available. They provided assistance with directions and recommendations. The reception staff was helpful and polite. Mustafa was very helpful in assisting us with our luggage upon arrival.
